Miami Vent Pros

I contacted Miami Vent pros on their website. I was contacted by phone within 2 hours. I was able to set up service for the next day for a 9:15 am appointment, Then next day at about 8:45 am, they showed up with equipment in hand, literally. Dan explained the pricing and they set to work immediately. The dryer vent into the wall had to be replaced and the usual work done from the roof. They were done in about an hour. Dan Hourihan and his associate were polite and professional. I would not hesitate to call Miami Vent pros again and highly recommend them.

Dan was wonderful. Answered my call himself...explained all his charges...showed up exactly when he said he would.....explained what he was doing...and had told me one price when i said i had a high roof...but said it was less money because my roof wasnt high... So very professional and my clothes are drying very quickly!

Dan H. the owner arrived on time with his partner prior to my installation and cleaned out a dryer vent in the house and on the roof which had not been cleaned in 24 years with the prior owners. The dryer vent was totally blocked and the roof vent was filled with moldy water and sludge. I was flabbergasted and disgusted with the filth! I texted pictures to my friends showing them the slime and potential fire hazard. Needless to say, I educated them and hoped that Dan got some referrals. Dan also gave me some important pointers about what the installers should do with my new dryer's sleeve/hose installation which leads to the roof. He even suggested that I move the closet door track forward an inch to better accommodate the machines. I appreciate his concern! What a class act!

After purchasing a new dryer, we noticed that our dryer vent was horribly clogged.  So happy to have found Miami Vent Pros here on Angie's List!  We had a great experience from the moment we called to inquired about services through job completion.  Don was professional, accommodating, informative and efficient.  We will be using them again for proper maintenance and would recommend their services in a heartbeat.

Called Miami Vent pros with my problem.  Don quoted me a basic call out price, as well as, other prices for additional work if it was needed.  He had an opening that day.  Came over within 45 mins. of my call.  Don had no problems with working in the tight space.  Cleaned the vent,  went on the roof to finish cleaning and pulled out some obstructions.  Added a new more secure connetion to the wall.  Repaired the sheet rock where it had been cut out from previous jobs.  Reconnected everything.  Finally, my dryer began to work properly.  Prior to the clean out it was taking me hours to dry clothes in a new dryer. He cleaned everything up.  There was no waste of time.  As he worked he explained what he was doing,  what he was finding.  At my request he made some other suggestions for improving the performance and area, which I agreed too.  
The repairmen were courteous, informative,  & efficient. They have been added to my list for future call backs.

Very professional, polite, and puntual.  Did an excellent job in cleaning the ducts. Was neat, left everything in its place and we are more than happy with his performance.

Dan was punctual, friendly, professional. He explained everyhing he was going to do and what I could expect.  Eventhough he did a bit more work than waht he quoted me for, he was kind enough to stick to the original price.  I highly recommend him.

I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Dan who was very professional. He arrived at the scheduled date and time. He showed me how my dryer was not performing the way it should, and that is why I was having to run 3 cycles to get anything dry.
He proceeded to clean out the vent from the machine and also had to go on the roof where the vent is located. My dryer is now working perfectly.  He was very professional and I would definitely use his service again.

This provider is top notch.   First, I received a phone call explaining procedure and cost.    Dan and his partner came on time, fixed the problem, and were friendly and kind.   Cost was very reasonable.    My dryer works like new now.   What used to take three cycles, now takes one.   I only wish I had called sooner so I would have saved money on my electric bill.

Dan very professional, thorough, and honest. Because the duct went straight out to an outside wall it does not have to be cleaned out every year Dan told me. Repaired the duct from the dryer to wall, actually changed it out and fastened it the other was not fastened properly.

He was extremely professional. Explained process, cost, and cost benefit (electric bill savings) before starting the job. Cleaned the area around the job, leaving no mess. A pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

He was excellent. Just like they said on Angie's list. What had happened was our dryer wasn't working and we had cleaned out the vent before but it goes through the attic so when he came he said down below it wasn't so bad but in the attic was where it was just totally clogged. He climbed up in our attic, got that whole vent, took it apart, brought it down, cleaned it up, took it up, put it all back together. It is like a new dryer. It was amazing. It was exactly what they said. He was fair and punctual and did a great job.
