Exceptional. I called them Monday afternoon, and Tuesday morning he appeared as promised and at the time he said he would. What I loved the most is that the technician performs the scope and provides you the quote. He scoped out the job site, asked me what my needs were and then provided my options in writing. At no point did he try to up-sell or sell me something that I did not need. What I loved the must was that he performed the job within a few hours and his job quality was amazing - tested everything and made sure everything was working to a high standard. You could not even notice where he worked - he cleaned up every spot he work at. It was a true pleasure working with MSS. I had contacted 3 different companies and MSS was the only company to respond in such a short timeframe and without knowing MSS bet everyone's pricing.

We have an old home with a flat roof and no real access to run wires. The crew did an incredible job fishing all the wires with no trace or holes left behind. The have been very responsive to all my calls and questions.  Mr. Perez and his son are consumate professionals who take great pride in their job and the quality of the product they deliver.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE SYSTEM. SINCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ALARM YET. THE COMPANY DOES CALL TO HAVE US CHECK THE ALARM AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH TO SEE IF IT STILL WORKS OKAY.

THEY CAME OUT AND HAD THE ALARM INSTALLED IN ABOUT TWO HOURS. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND EVEN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL.
