When I went to pick it up I was a little disappointed with one part of the photo, but he cheerfully fixed it as I asked, and I went away very satisfied. Also, a couple of years ago he helped me with the with enlargement of a photo I had taken (3 feet by 4 feet), and again I was very pleased. Prices in each case beat the competition.
