AMAZING!  First of all they called to tell me when they were on their way (and they were well within the 3 hour window).  They were professional and got right to work.  Unfortunately as they were assembling the trampoline they realized there were some screws missing from the set ordered from Amazon.  He called his boss right away, made arrangements to go to Home Depot and come back the next day to finish the installation without raising my price.  They are dealing with Amazon themselves.  I couldn't have asked for kinder, more professional people than Miami Furniture Assembly.  Thank you so much!!
