They gave me a quote for installing a fence. When he came to the property he expected me to pay for the concrete and wanted to charge me extra. Beware.

I was in need of a new chain link gate that was damaged by some lawn equipment.  Javier came to look at the damaged gate and replaced it.  It looks better now than it had previously looked.  He also replaced a damaged pole and added more support to the wide width of the gate.  The gate is now opening and closing beautifully.

Quality of work was outstanding and was a real pleasure to work with. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fence. Price was one of the best and work was better than I could have imagined.

Javier repaired and replaced large sections of my damaged chain link fence and gate.  My calls were returned promptly and the repairs and replacement took lace on the day we scheduled it for.  Javier is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to strengthen and repair the fence.  I will call him again and recommend him to my friends.

Javier came by and gave me an estimate and said he could start the job on Thursday the 23rd and that the job would be finished in a couple of days.  On Thursday morning Javier showed up and did all the prep work, today he came and finished the 2 gates.  The gates were replaced perfectly.  They function well and look great.  They even have a metal frame, so I'm sure they will last a long time.  Obviously Javier knows his job well and takes pride in a quality product.  Javier cleaned up everything and you couldn't even tell there had been work done. The gates came out great and I'm really happy with the outcome.  I have hesitation in recommending this fence company.  Thanks for a great job!

The service was excellent. They come when they say they are going to come. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. It is a family-owned business by the father and his sons which is nice seeing that the sons are actually working with their dad. They are nice people. I would strongly recommend them to anybody. They were reasonable. I had other people come out and give me bids too. It was right in line with everybody else's. It's nice that people show up on time and they do what they say they are going to do.

They set up appointments, expect you to rearrange your work schedule to meet them, don't show up, and don't bother calling. Disrespectful of customer time. It takes little energy to call when not able to make an appointment. Oh, and when you call, there is no way to leave a message. It just hangs up on you. Awesome customer relations. Their loss.

At first I had a hard time getting a call back. When they returned the call they responded very professionally. A man showed up on Sunday, because it was best day for both, and gave me an estimate. About 10 days later I called and requested that they come and install the gates and fence. I faxed the papers and they came as scheduled. Finished the job in 2 days at agreed times. I'm very happy with the job and the quality of the gates self locks.

They came out, discussed project, measured and applied for permits. hey arrived on time and did a wonderful job.

We selected a design for our fence and railing by looking at pictures from many, many internet sets. Based on a single photo Juan Pineiro was able to custom design a fence and railing that was exactly what we were looking for. He has an excellent sense of design and made great recommendations. Unlike most fence contractors, Juan got a Miami-Dade County permit for the job. He personally designed the plans for the fence and railing. The country required wind stress test and Juan arranged for that. The job met all the inspections. The quality of the materials and installation work were excellent. The way the railing had to be attached to the second floor deck was complicated and Juan came up with a practical and creative solution. The job took somewhat longer than estimated to complete, but was well worth the wait. We obtained proposals from two other contractors for this work. Juan's price was significantly lower than one proposal and about the same as the other. Juan impressed us with his knowledge more than the other bidders. I would definitely use Miami Fence again.

Spoke with Aurora. They were very busy at the time, so she said they would call me in about two weeks. It is one month later and I am still waiting!

THEY DID EVERYTHING THE WAY I ASKED THEM TO. THEY MADE A GATE FOR ME IN THE BACK OF MY YARD. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. I THINK IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.
