They were suppose to come out and give me an estimate at which time I could agree or not to hire them. But when the arrived they said the they would have to take off the bottom of the dishwasher and if they took their tools out of the truck I would have to agree to pay them $197.00. I was under a timeframe and I thought the $197 would cover the small job they needed to do. However, when the started to work they said that they would have to turn off the date valve under the sink and they were afraid to do so, just in case the valve broke. They wouldn't do any work until a plumber was called. Then they would come back and I would agree to pay another $197.00 I felt totally ripped off having to pay almost $200 and no work was done.
