Every interaction from start to finish was handled in the simplest, most straight forward way possible. What was working was given an okay; malfunction was flushed out and found to be a missing wire that was quickly supplied. I loved the FaceTime estimate with my soon to be technician.

The Miami Electric Masters deliver again! This time they added a new chandelier with a hoist motor. It was important to get the location of the hoist motor just right so that it would align with new ceiling tiles we were installing. It fit perfectly and the installation worked flawlessly. The technicians also installed LED recessed lighting at specific locations to align with the ceiling tiles. The technicians were on-time, very professional and polite. This is our second time using them for electric work and we would use no other.

These guys arrived early on all three calls. 1. One call to provide an estimate. 2. One call to to do the half of the list. They had all the parts and equipment with them, and did a fantastic job. 3. Finally, to finish up an extensive list. Chris was terrific, and was humble enough to get a second opinion from a senior techinician on a tricky/old irrigation pump. The senior tech was be in the area and he stopped by the job to give it a look. EVERYONE that I dealt with in this organization has their stuff together.
