The sales person was very friendly and helpful in suggestions regarding the window tinting. The installers were not very customer oriented and did not remove the binds as the sales person informed. The first day the installers removed the binds and the old window tint. The second day the installers placed the new tint on the windows.
Three months later, salesperson made appointment on Sunday to review if Huper Optik was installed on the windows. He advised he was very busy and the replacement of the window tint to Huper Optik would take some time. Two months later, the appointment was scheduled and the window tint was replaced with the Huper Optik film.

Frank answered my call promptly and came to the house within one day of the call to do an inspection and provide a quote. He went through the different options, and we ended up selecting the best option, 3M Prestige. Frank is an upbeat professional and knowledgeable of the product. Albeit Prestige was $450 more than the second best option, the great heat reduction and look was the reason we chose it. It took only 3 work days from his visit to when the job was scheduled (and completed.) Frank and his team are professional, and the service was done the day it was scheduled. Two personnel did the job in under 4 hours (total of 8 windows, including 2 arches), very well done and efficient. I'm very happy with the job and look of the tint.

I had a great experience with this company from begining to end. Every phone call was promptly returned. The sales person was well informed and well supplied with samples. The advice he gave us regarding which tint to use was perfect. The workers who did the actual tinting were prompt, clean and did a very good job-every piece of film was right on to the size of the window pane. And what a difference!!! This room is our favorite in the house but after 2:30 in the afternoon it became unbearable. Since the tinting, we can spend all afternoon in there without a problem.
This experience was so successful-both in the service of this company and in the result of the tinted windows-that we are planning to use this company to do more of our windows.

I saw their display at the Miami Home Show, and at first I didn't quite understand how the product was effective because there were heat lamps set up behind a glass pane allowing you to feel the difference between and quot;nakedand quot; glass and then glass with their different films.

I just assumed that the glass would be cooler to the touch, where there films were applied, but I didn't notice any difference in the surface temperature of the glass when I felt the different areas. . . However when I held my hand a few inches away from the glass, there was a noticeable difference, and that is exactly how this product is working in my house.

All the west facing rooms used to become ovens around 3PM, and there was nothing my poor AC could do to cool the rooms down. Now with the Prestige 3M, I would say there is a 40% to 50% noticeable difference in how cool the room feels.

It is not a 100% cure all to direct heat, but it helps A LOT. It's only been a few weeks, so I cannot say for sure how much this product is saving me in electricity, but just to have the rooms finally able to be cooled during the day is a big deal.

I would highly recommend MD Window Tinting for installing 3M window film. Just make sure you clean the outside of your windows before they do their installation so that you can appreciate the product. Also if you have wood floors, be prepared to provide them with a few extra towels as they create some overspray and water accumulation if you have floor to ceiling windows.

the original sales person showed different tints which we placed against the glass to view its ability to cut sun and glare. we made the appt and then proceeded to clean the area and windows as they would use a ladder. our windows are 60 by 103 inches high times two. the crew of two ladies explained everything and went to work needing only a water supply for mixing chemicals.it took 4 hours and came out well with a few expected small bubbles which have disappated at this time they also use a caulk to seal the frame to the safety film which smells for one day

They did a great job and did everything they were supposed to do, but never did give me the warranty. I called them several times and I don’t know what happened. They came right away and did everything and the only thing I will not use them again is because they were not responsive to giving me the warranty.

Francisco (Frank) gave me a brief explanation of the different films and a ballpark quote per square foot by phone; he then came to our home to measure and give us the estimate (he emailed me a credit card receipt thereafter), and show us with a heat lamp how well the different films work to reduce heat. We were able to schedule the installation the following weekend. The day of the installation, Frank called to let us know the two installers were caught in Boat Show traffic, which was helpful. Overall the installers did a very good job - they were thorough and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I'm a perfectionist, so I did note a few areas where they didn't quite cut the film flush to the window edge, but no one else would notice. We can really feel the difference with the heat (and hopefully will see a difference in our A/C bills!).

We called, an appointment was arranged within 24 hours, The sales rep came in on time, measured the condo windows, gave us a quote, collected 1/2 the amount and the installers came back about 3 weeks later on the day we had agreed (there was some re-scheduling) and installed the whole apartment in one day.

They worked around my schedule to come out and install. Two gentlemen came at the time the were scheduled, did an excellent job, cleaned up after the installation. Answered all of my questions, they were very professional. I'm very pleased with the way my windows look and the job that Miami Dade did.
