When I made my request for service, detailed questions were asked; consequently, the repair person arrived well prepared and quickly fixed our problem.

1) I have a Bosch dishwasher that a few Angies List (AL) companies I called do not service. Lazaro was very knowledgeable about Bosch and how it works (not your ordinary dishwasher by any means), he also gave great advice on maintenance. He did fix the problem and it cost about $100. Not bad for $1200 dishwasher. It works well, no problems. 2) the first time I called this company, was to fix my clothes dryer. Apparently, the movers did not connect the ?exhaust tubing correctly and the seal on the door was worn. Again, Lazaro came out within a 2 hour window and fixed it. He does return, free of charge if problem is not resolved within a certain number of days (I think its 2-4wks). Cost was about $75 3)Lastly, I have a double oven and both were off by about 50 degrees. I bake quite a bit and use an oven thermometer for added accuracy. According to my thermometer the ovens in my new house were off by 50 degrees compared to the one in my old house which was exact. Lazaro came out again. But before coming he asked my about the accuracy of my thermometer to be sure. He fixed both ovens, waited for them to preheat, and come to temperature. He repaired it to within 5 degrees according to him and my thermometer. Cost was about $125. I can' sing his praises enough. He is courteous, prompt, effcient and stands behind his work. he's also very well informed about the products that he services.
