I wish I was writing a positive review because everything up to the point where it all fell apart was fine. The shop works with warranties which is why I went to the shop in the 1st place, They were able to work things out with my warranty in order to get my car fixed but when it comes time to pay I I have to pay a "handling" fee because the part was shipped to them instead of chosen by the shop. Needless to say it's a money grab of 150$. When I was "informed" to this charge it was not made clear. Even after I stated that the only charge I wanted to pay was the deductible. Even so the shop did not want to work with me because of this. So I swallowed the loss in extremely difficult financial times and all I can do is write this review. Lost a customer to due to petty fees.

"I would like to start by thanking you for the review and am truly sorry to lose you as a customer if that is the route you really want to take. Our number 1 goal is to provide the best customer service possible and it sounds like we did just that. However, the final bill seems to have been the issue. In times like these, we do our best to help our customers and our community the best we can but we are a business and if we fail at that, we would not be here for you, our customers and our community. Unfortunately, your situation is not unique and happens with many extended warranty companies and the customers that own those contracts and policies. This is the reason we mentioned to you, before bringing your vehicle in, that warranty companies and insurance companies alike, do not always pay our repair facilities costs and fees. In the event this occurs, the customer is responsible for any remaining balance, the customer is advised prior to any repair and must approve prior to any repair – no repairs are performed on vehicles at our facility without customer approval. On average, customers that have extended warranties are unaware that they may inquire out of pocket expenses or are told by the person selling the contract that “everything” would be covered, which in fact is not true and usually clearly is stated in the contract. We work with most extended warranty contracts and insurance companies and we always fight for you, the customer, to try to have the lowest out-of-pocket expense possible"

GREAT, Service was quick, I waited for the car and they have a clean waiting room with snacks to boot! TV was on and AC. Employees friendly. Shuttle bus if you need to be taken somewhere.

Great! They were honest and let me know I only needed a new battery (not a new alternator) which someone else had told me I needed. Then I came back to get my oil changed there. They also did a full car inspection. Great customer service and very friendly!

I've been taking my cars to Miami Quality Auto for the past 6 years for regular oil changes, new tires and general maintenance. They've consistently provided great service (both auto and customer). I like that they're clear and communicative -- they text/email a report of what they've observed during regular maintenance and include photos and videos (!) of the parts that need replacing or work that they recommend doing. They don't push for expensive repairs and once even garaged our car an extra night so we could have time to make a decision about whether to okay a particularly large repair. They have wonderful front office staff that is helpful and very friendly. I've also made use many times of their FREE shuttle ride while they worked on my car. They also offer a ton of free coffee/snacks/kid juice boxes etc. in their office. I highly recommend Miami's Quality Auto Repair.

It went well. I was able to drop off my car later in the day. I was shuttled home. My car was kept over night and I picked it up next day at my convenience. The oil change was done and I received a list of items that need urgent service, as well as those that need service soon. I like keeping track of the work done to my car and what items I need to be looking at in order to keep my car working properly.

My experience with Andres and his staff could not have been better. I brought my car to him after being quoted a tremendous repair estimate from BMW. And, after being advised by BMW to trade in my 5 year old X5 with 80,000 miles. I had never been to Andres before other than to have a car inspection for insurance purposes. I had called a few times trying to decide whether or not to bring the car to him and he could not have been nicer or more patient with me. He had never met me but was truly sympathetic. I did bring the car to him with the repair estimate from BMW. He not only found other problems with the car, but he also found some of the repairs quoted by BMW were unnecessary. He performed the necessary repairs at a cost substantially lower than I had been quoted by BMW. I believe he is honest and operates his business with integrity. I feel lucky to have found him.

I brought my wife's car in for an oil change and inspection. It's critical that her car is running properly, I don't want her to break down on the side of the road. We received the inspection report within 2 hours of dropping it off. The pictures helped me to understand that I needed new tires as well. We got all the work completed before the end of the day. I spent some time on the phone discussing this with Andres. He is amazing and always looking out for my car and my wallet. I love Miami Quality Auto

Brought my car in for an oil change. Determined that it was time for a tire rotation and air filter change. It went extremely well. I dropped my car off in the morning and by mid morning I had an email and text with the results of the inspection. I was able to approve the work on the phone and the work was completed by mid-afternoon. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They did a great job informing me of what they had found and what they recommended. The email they sent me after the inspection was the most thorough and easy to understand overview of everything they found I've ever seen from a mechanic. Very quick, professional, and communicative. Great experience.
