Fernando was very punctual and did a great job. We hired him to remove tile in entire house and install new porcelain tile. We also had him redo two bathrooms as well. He finished within 5 weeks despite some hiccups along the way. Final project turned out great.

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
A tile on bathtub step that was not to be replaced was cracked. I noticed after completion. When brought to worker's attention he knew where it was but was unsure if was previously damaged or not. It was not. Mistakes happen. I'm sure this damage was inadvertent. If I'm having the floor retiled why would I not replace the cracked one as well. The proper professional course of action would have been to bring it to my attention as soon as it was recognized thus allowing this matter to be resolved for all parties. I am huge on customer service. I would have been pleased with all other aspects if not for this matter.

"Sometimes we make mistakes, maybe we broke it maybe it broken from before, he called 48 hours later the job was inspected and finished, and told me what happened I did suggest to go over and fixing it for him but he refused."

I hired MDQ for an interior trim job and flooring. I chose them because he was very confident and professional, seemed to know everything about the project. His price was very reasonable and he ended up doing an awesome job. In fact I was so impressed I hired him for a couple of my business projects too.
