They were great. They provided an accurate estimate and timely work. They were clean and neat, respectful of my property and the inspectors passed their work without any issues. I have recommended them to many friends who thank me. They are not the cheapest, they are in the middle range when getting estimates, but I always stay away from the cheapest because you get what you pay for.

Manny did a Fantastic job for me. I was trying to patchwork an old roof because all the replacement estimates were almost $50,000.
Manny took the time to show me how the previous patch jobs were not effective then gave me a super price under $40,000. He met every timeline from tear-off to replacing extensive damage to plywood sheathing that exceeded the estimate count, but he did not increase the price. he also had his carpentry guys replace damage to soffit and fascia, which were not part of the contract.
His team cleaned up the yard and even swept my patio after each days work. The lines on the tile settings are all perfect showing real craftsmanship. Manny is the man!
I would highly recommend him to anyone needing quality work done at a great price. If anyone asks about needing a professional roofer that will stick with the facts it is Manny Joya. Thank you sir for doing a job that exceeded all expectations!!!!!!

The work was not done in a timely manner. There was a leak in my roof a short after he did his work. He sent me proposal to fix it for more money. The leak was staining a ceiling in my bedroom.

I had been patching my barrel tile roof for a number of years, to no avail and decided it was time to bite the bullet and just replace the roof. I talked to several roofers and had three estimates. Even though Manny's was not necessarily the lowest of the three, I felt comfortable that he would get the job done in a timely and professional manner. He also found a great company (FAD) to replace gutters for me at the back of my house, which involved undoing the screening around my pool and they did a great job at that. The whole experience couldn't have gone better and I would highly recommend Manuel Joya Roofing. They were on time, showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They also kept everything very neat and clean.

When a completely new roofing system was purchased, the roofer committed to making annual inspections and reports back to us. After many months of phone calls and emails, he has failed to respond to provide this committed service. No, we would never use this contractor again. Contractor was eager to get our business but fell down completely on service after the sale

"Please be advised that there are no problems with leaks, etc. with the roof. It is correct that we furnished a new roof for the Condo in 2006, but the annual inspections described by the member were not agreed upon until August 22nd 2011 when the member signed a Preventative Maintenance and Warranty Extension contract (copy available). His claims that it took over a month for us to respond to his July 6th, 2011 email requesting roofing repairs is erroneous since the Preventative Maintenance and Warranty Extension Proposal is dated July 19th, 2011. We also have email records that prove we were in contact with the member throughout the process. This inspection is for warranty purposes only and it is specifically geared towards protecting our company from future warranty/damage claims that may not be directly associated with any labor or material problems with the roof work we did as is stated on the contract: “We reserve the right to inspect the roof on a yearly basis and perform any corrections that will extend the life of the roof. Any roof penetrations made from any other trades such as air conditioning, electrical, cable companies, etc without Manuel Joya Roofing addressing any roofing scope will void the extension.” We have been in communication with the member both by phone and email (we responded to an email from him on Monday, September 17th) and have explained that due to the weather this summer we are behind and that we would be performing the inspection as soon as possible. As a trusted and responsible company we have to prioritize our time and labor to those with actual leaks, and other roofing matters that are serious and affected by the weather. Please let it be known that we honor all of our warranties and we always try to respond to any problems (such as leaks) in a timely manner."

Excellent service and products used! Manny is on sight daily, takes pictures of roof during each step of re-roof and maintains constant communication during entire process. He doesn't spend money on advertising because he gets most of his business from satisfied customers and word of mouth-he doesn't need to. He is licensed, insured, a GAF certified roofing contractor (only a few of those in Miami area) and no complaints with BBB in the past 3 years (they only go back that far). I obtained 9 estimates from roofers and selected Manny in the end. I had already selected another roofer and was about to get started with them, but decided to call Manny at the last minute after my neighbor had used him for a re-roof and was very satisfied. His estimate was in the middle of all 9 estimates, but I preferred his high quality products used, knowledge, experience and friendly demeanor. Five of my immediate neighbors have used him for re-roofs in the past 6 months alone and and all very satisfied.

THe insurance company was taking forever and all the companies were charging me $10,000.00 to repair my roof plus some money upfront.
I could not afford that amount of money so decided to bring a tarp until the insurance decided to pay.
A dear Friend came to the house and could not believe the condition of the room , So he immediately called Manuel Joya Roofing, the very next day he came to the rescue without asking for a penny!!!!
Actually the check from the bank just came in he did the work in December 23 2011 and Im writing the review of April 27 2012.
