The contractor all along had been unresponsive after the work was done to have him handle warranty related issues. We even sent him a certified letter to which there was no response. Then, we had our attorney send a demand letter and still no response.  Finally, after many phone calls and emails, he answered his cell phone and professed no knowledge of our efforts to reach him. We will not use his services again.

I live in a condo that has a common roof surface for 4 units including mine. Juan came out and gave myself and my neighbor such a very competitive quote that the remaining unit owners signed on to have our entire roof surface replaced. Juan was professional and timely and almost a year later I have no complaints.

I was extremely happy with the results. The dome was difficult and time consuming. It looks better now then the original. They painted areas on the house where work blemished the walls. They gave me extra tile in case of hurricanes. They offered to replace grass if there were burn circles from the tar heater.

This was a long job, and took extra time because there were so many roofs being replaced in south Florida. But Juan came out, gave us an excellent estimate, and worked with us for several weeks until we could choose tiles that were available. He was then either on scene or readily available through all of the process of removing the existing tiles, laying all the underlayment, replacing some rotted wood, and installing the new tiles.
