"Please disregard this review as incorrect and not credible. The main roof-related complaint in this review that "He was speaking on pulling up tile and simply putting down other tile without replacing the paper underneath" is simply incorrect. There are no tiles at Mary Homy's home, because she has a shingle roof. The complaint is based on incorrect information from the reviewer. Even if the incorrect information is corrected to accurately describe the shingle roof, it is inappropriate to complain that we did not intend to replace the #30 Base Sheet for a shingle repair. In this case, the main waterproofing barrier are the shingles and the #30 Base Sheet underneath is not designed to be a waterproofing barrier. Therefore, replacing the #30 Base Sheet would be unnecessary. As for the rest of the review, the the "young kid" who she felt was inexperienced is actually a college graduate with over 5 years of roofing experience. Information she left out of the review is that the supervisor that visited her home on a Saturday was generous enough to work on his day off in order to accommodate the customer by visiting them at their convenience."
