+ -1 moreIt went very smoothly. I dropped the car off and it was repaired while I was out of town. They picked me up when I got back and the car was very well repaired. I would take another repair to him.

+ 2 moreThe owner and his staff worked with me and did their best to give me the best experience possible. My insurance company Geico also approved my car to be repaired in their body shop which made it a much easier process. They also arranged a car rental for me and made sure I was taken of by enterprise. If I could, I would rate it a 10 star. Thats how good these people are. I will be returning to do all my auto body work (hope not too soon or often) at Magic Touch. Couldn't be happier to choose have chosen this place to repair my car.
Description of Work: First I want to say how satisfied I am with the job that was done on my car. I have a 2010 Ford Fusion and was rear ended. Not only did they fix the main problem but they also took care of the other small scratches all around the car and my car looked amazing. I couldn't be happier with the job Magic Touch did. The owner and his staff have an amazing customer service. Thank you so much.

+ -1 moreIt was an excellent experience--everything was explained to me beforehand, and an estimate on all the work was given within a couple of days--maybe sooner--I don't recall. Every singleand quot;dingand quot; was repaired-- every bit of and quot;gunkand quot; and visible rust was removed. The entire car was repainted with the same workmanship as the original job--the one that was done back in 1999 by the Mercedes people. The carpet, the seats, the steering wheel, everything glistened with newness. A rare experience to be delighted to pay a bill. I knew I got my money's worth. Thank You Ilan! Oh yes, customer service was excellent and personable!
Description of Work: He took my 1999 Mercedes convertible, and made it look brand new! Approximately half of the damage was due to an accident ( major damage). The other half was my desire to have the car gone over, inside and out, with a fine tooth comb, and to have EVERYTHING that needed repair …to be repaired.
