I did lots of reading and searching before I selected Ozzy. Many things appealed to me....he is a broker, owner of the agency and has a background as an appraiser which appealed to me as I had heard horror stories of agents who listed homes so high that the property remained on the market for ages. His recommendation and the appraisal were right on target.
He is a 'go-getter'. The day that our house went on sale, he had many appointments set up and our house sold quickly.
When the lender started to take his time in processing the loan, Ozzy was constantly working and nicely nudging them along to get the deal done.
We could not have been more pleased with Ozzy. It's evident that he likes his job and he is a really nice person. If you select Ozzy, it is unlikely that you'll be disappointed.
