If you want to save yourself from frustration and disappointment, I strongly advise against hiring this company. While Omar, the owner, may come across as pleasant, his reliability and responsibility are seriously lacking. This has resulted in a host of issues during our engagement with him. Firstly, punctuality seems to be a foreign concept to him. He consistently promised to arrive at 10 am but routinely showed up a staggering four hours late at 2 pm. This lack of punctuality not only disrupted our schedule but also left our project unfinished and in disarray. Moreover, the quality of work delivered by this company is subpar at best. Our wood floors were damaged, and our kitchen cabinets were stained during their work. Despite voicing our concerns, the issues remained unresolved, and their commitment to fixing the damage was dubious at best. In summary, I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid hiring this company. Omar's pleasant demeanor is overshadowed by his unreliability and irresponsibility, which can lead to headaches, anger, and unfinished projects. Save yourself the trouble and seek a more dependable and professional alternative.
