Hardwood Flooring Service
Ivan and his crew were to begin on Monday. When we did not hear from Ivan by 11:00 am we called to see where they were. We were told that they were finishing a job and would be done in one and a half hours. At four o'clock we still had not heard from them, we called. No answer. At five o'clock we called again. No answer. We assumed that we had been swindled (since Mr. Lucero insisted that we pay him the entire amount up front). We left several messages. We were not happy and expressed ourselves clearly. I also stopped payment on my check. The crew showed up on Tuesday morning like nothing had happened. When I explained what had happened Ivan was ready to walk off the job. They finished 99% of the job. We have had three appointments to finish the job but other "emergencies" get in the way. As of 7-8-06 the job remains unfinished.
