Lucas Property Maintenance

Lucas Lawn Service from the beginning was attentive.  She responded to my message right away, came out and gave a quote.  It was a little higher than I had paid before but they seemed professional. Since I would be at work, I decided that I would leave them a check.  The job was ok overall, but they left a huge pile of trash in the middle of my driveway from the yard clean up.  They didn't even move it to the swell where it could be picked up by the trash service.  They called me to tell me they would come back but they never did.  The other lawn services always bagged up my hedge trimmings and I consider this to be part of the service.  I called and texted  the next day and they never responded.  They apparently did  not have time to clean up the trash but did have time to cash the check the same day.  I do not give them a good review because they did not complete the job.  If I'm going to pay for lawn service, I do not want to have to clean up the mess

*****UPDATE 08/07 - She did contact me and told me they had a family emergency and that's why they couldn't pick up the trash.  She apologized and offered to come next day to pick it up
