We were in the process of selling an investment property just vacated by renters.  An ornate Iron door was difficult to close and the key hole to lock the door was out of alignment.  Lorenzo restored the alignment by reworking the door frame. He adjusted, rewelded the parts of the frame seamlessly.  The key fit perfectly.  The house is 70-years-old, Spanish Revival.  Rusted parts of all the ornate work were removed and rewelded.  There was some damage that we did not think was possible to fix.  Lorenzo is a professional arc welder of much experience.  He knew ways to make the iron railings on the entry steps rock solid and substantial.  He did so without disturbing the character, or the aged patina of the iron.
Lorenzo came on time, diagnosed the issues, clearly explained to us what needed to be done.  He did a flawless job at a very fair and affordable price. He was a big help in our successful sale of the house.

have a problem communicating.I called them on a Friday and they offered to come Saturday or Monday. I selected Monday and we agreed to a time. They called 30 minutes before arriving to say they were on the way. When they arrived they gave me an estimate and I agreed to the price. They left to get some supplies, returned quickly, did the work as described, cleaned up nicely. It was quick and easy. Lorenzo's English isn't very good but Omar handles most of the discussions and we didn't have a problem communicating.

Mr. Lorenzo welded the joint back together again and it is better looking and stronger than the factory weld that came apart. As a disabled vet I can tell you that having that which allows you mobility outside your home is essential and Mr. Lorenzo wasted no time in getting me back in action. On top of that he did the work as well as pick up and delivery and refused to charge me. I would recommend him because you know he will treat you fairly and do a good job

I had to wait a few days until he was in the neighborhood to pick up the chair. He repaired it in a timely manner and did a decent job. I picked it up from his warehouse, which was a little challenging to find. The cost was fair. I would use him again.

Everything went really well.

The only thing I didn't install was the motor because I didn't want to spend the extra money. The work was done well and everything was on time. On top of being a good welder he is a personal friend of mine so I only have great things to say. He is a client of mine as well.
