Locksmith

I had a good idea of what the problem was and it was just a matter of making a adjustment.  They told me there would be a $35.00 service call and they would be calling within 10 minutes.  An hour later I called back.  They said someone would call in the next 5 minutes and this time they did.  They gentleman told me he would be out in 15-20 minutes, an hour later he arrived.  The gentleman that came out told me I needed to replace the lock.  He did not even check to see if it could be adjusted.  I asked him to adjust it.  This fixed the issue.  He then tried to charge me $49.95.  I told him I was quoted $35.00.  I was told on the phone that I could use a credit card, but the gentleman insisted on me paying in cash.  I eventually paid $35.00 in cash.  I will not be using this company again.
