The roof seems to be in sound condition after the repair, but we remain to have a leak around our chimney. We contacted them with a response that the issue is related to the chimney and not the roof. This is understandable, but this leak did not exist before the roof repairs. I was informed that the issue was noticed while doing the repair, but this was not mentioned to me or my wife.
Another issue I have with the experience is the mess left behind. The yard had a few beer caps and roofing nails as well as tar in several spots on the driveway. We also had to replace a screen panel as it was busted during the process. All in all, I can't help but be dissatisfied with the experience.
