Installer ran approximately 20-30 minutes late for both estimate and installation. Removal of furniture costed extra $50, dresser was scratched somehow in two places. Closet doors were removed but were not replaced correctly and the installer tried to leave for another job without making the adjustments. There is a visible line where a section had to be cut and blended in and the doorstop weatherstrip was not replaced so I have new carpet with a dirty 7 year old strip that is hard to clean. Other than that, good quality carpet at a good price and the job was completed in a timely manner.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING MY PADDING AND CARPET. THE THREE YEAR WARRANTY THAT BACKS THEIR WORK AND MATERIALS IS EXCELLENT. WITH THE GREAT JOB THAT THEY DID, I DON'T THINK THAT I WILL NEED TO USE IT.
