Lets Get Lit

I contracted landscaping turf installation from their associated business, Letâ s Get Turf. Ralph and Xavier initially demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention during the initial installation process to get you to hire them. However, after completion, and after paying them a lot of my hard earned money for the project, I reached out to Ralph regarding an issue with the turf barrier that required attention. I was informed that a house call would be arranged within seven days. Unfortunately, it has now been two months without any follow-up or response, despite multiple attempts to contact them. This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns has been highly disappointing, and it reflects a level of unprofessionalism that aligns with other negative reviews of the company.

When you meet the owner. Xavier. he is like a snake incantator. he will make you feel his work will back up by his company. Nice talking and designer he will make you feel very comfortable and you will pay him for a very expensive work that will have no warranties on material or man work. My landscape work never was end completely. Half of my landscape lights were not working and all the cables were left uncover and crossing over landscape fences. During many month I called him hundred of times at the beginning he was answering the phone making promess that will get back to get things done but never happened. I asked him to give meat least info where to buy light replacements but he never did and at the end he was not even answering my phone calls. I thought well he is now busy installing Christmas light but after the holiday season ended I retry to contact him but he always was not answering my calls. He was actually laughing at me about that on the contract there were no warranties about the work. He was right I checked contract and there were no info about warranty. He was right there is no warranty on my land scape work done by LETS GET LIT. I decide to get my busy time to write a review about the practices of this company and his owner Xavier. BE CAREFUL DO NOT SAY YOU DID NOT KNOW ABOT IT. GOOD LUCK IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM...

Extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for exterior lighting for Architectural and landscaping design. To be honest, I was very skeptical, it is very rare that someone can describe an image and a final product verbally then put it on paper and then charge a reasonable cost and then have an amazing final product. To be honest, I donà ¢à  à  t think Ià ¢à  à  ve ever experienced this in the past. I would highly recommend them. They did an amazing job on our home in Weston, and we are very very happy and I welcome anybody and would hope you would have the same experience that we did. Thank you again. Every blue moon when I come home in the evenings, I will send them a text thanking them again because it truly is a great experience to come home and to see your house lit up at night, Ià ¢à  à  m a big fan of architectural lighting of the home and of the landscaping and again I give them a 12 out of a 1 to 10.
