We called first thing in the morning were able to arrange for someone to arrive in a few hours. They did arrive as promised within 2-3 hours. I think this was impressive considering arranging same day services in Miami can often be difficult. Two men showed up and it turned out to be a more difficult job than anticpated; however, both men worked quickly to identify the problem. We had a clogged drain and they attempted to snake the drain. It wasn't that easy but they tried snaking the lines from different points and did ultimately resolve the problem. Once resolved, they cleaned up quckly and were on their way. It was a positive experience as I was expecting the worst, both in terms of service and cost. I would definitely call them again if I had a plumbing problem.

Good part - they came same day and did professional work. Bad - they billed us for 1/2 hour travel time from last job WITHOUT ADVISING IN ADVANCE that they would charge this. I had asked for an estimate/rates and they said $85/hour, but we chose them for their close (5 min) location and they billed for the 1/2 hour it took the guy to arrive from the last job. Then they billed another 1/2 for the 5-10 min over the last hour that it took to go to his truck and write up the bill. I had to talk to the office to complain and managed to "split the difference", but in hindsight I would have refused to pay the extra time that I had not been advised of in advance. If they need to charge travel time to stay in business, they should ADVISE THAT IN ADVANCE. If that is standard industry practice, THEY SHOULD ADVISE IT IN ADVANCE. As it was, I felt their practices are deceitful and dishonest. The guy in the office was pretty obnoxious about it as well. We hate surprises and there are other plumbers who do quality work. Another recent experience with a plumber did not charge travel time, so we will be going back to them, or at least not using this company again.

The work was good, they sent a person down to look at it and he was an older individual and that made feel a little guilty. But he did a very good job and I was very pleased with the service.

Job one: I felt their price was reasonable. They gave me advice on how to prevent this in the future. Job two: This is a family owned and operated company of which I am so glad I have used over the years. When they come out there are always very respectful and always prompt. I get the things done I need to without hassles, and they clean up as if they were never there. This time around they were able to save me the annoyance and frustration of having to purchase one of those new smaller water capacity toilet bowls by finding a part that worked perfectly on the one I had there, and I was so very grateful. They are an excellent company to use and I will always do so.

I first called them, and they told me that they were going to be in approximately 45 minutes. They showed right on time. They did a very good job .They were very clean, and they did a very professional job. The price that they charged was a very good price.

I felt they did a great job with installing my new water heater. They were professional and prompt. They were here on time. They were responsive when I asked them to relocate the new one instead of installing it where the old one used to be. I was overall very pleased with this service and I would definitely use them again for future jobs.

I have a well for my water supply and was having problems with the pump working. I called this company since we had used them in the past for simple jobs. First, they changed a switch at cost of $300. (They charged my $65 for the switch itself which I later found is about a $20 item.) The pump failed again and they put in a whole new pump a few days later for about $750. (No credit for the previous and now unnecessary repair). This pump leaked almost immediate due to a bad connection - which they fixed. Then the spigot blew off and left us without water - but which they fixed. (They had no idea how it happened!). Then after a month or so the pump started making loud rattling noises and another pump connection blew leaving us without water. This time we contacted someone else to fixed the pump and were told that the wrong size pipes had been used, cheap PVC had been used and the switches had been improperly calibrated. The second plumber charged $95. The pump is now working fine.

It was excellent. They came immediately and the service was fine.

They were on time, did good quality work. They explain things to you and they are an established company.

I HAVE ALWAYS USED THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND I THINK THEIR PRICES ARE FANTASTIC. THEY GUARANTEE ALL OF THE WORK THEY DO, AND HONOR THAT COMPLETELY. THEY ARE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL.

THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB. I THOUGHT THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I THINK THE PRICE WAS ALRIGHT. THE SHOWER WORKS, SO I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK.
