LAWN SPRINKLER WIZARD INC

The pump separated from the pipes and I currently don't have water coming out of the pump. He removed steel pipes that were already in there (installed when the house was built), and he took out the indexing valve and put in another one. He didn't brace the water pump, everything is loose. It's an ugly site, I can pull the pipes up myself. He never came back to fix the concrete. He was rude, and told me "You can take the $300 you were supposed to give me and give it to somebody else to fix the damages." He never followed up to finish the job or to make things right.

Noel and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The job was done in a timely manner and completed without any problems.

They stopped doing residential work, but they did a good job.

Renel Noel failed to provide a written warranty for the work he did complete. he stated he would provide an estimate describing the work he did but I have yet to receive it. He textted that and quot;if the pump was too noisy we would have to change the pump motorand quot; and that the sprinkler heads need to be worked on and/or moved. He texted that the sprinkler work will cost $600 and the pump motor would be $530 including s small cover. I have had several other estimates and these quotes are outrageous.

had Noel install most of my sprinkler 12 years ago in Miami Shores... he is still around so that says something right there. He showed up on time (on a Saturday too), and called before to verify timing. I needed a lot of the leaking 12 year only heads replaced, and a few new ones added. He knows what he is talking about, how best to do it, and price was right for the job.

He is very responsible. If he is not ging to show up he calls; he assures he hasn't forgotten about you. He knows his business very, very well. He seems to be concerned with any of my problems. He also does well with tree work and he is involved in installing a water system in Haiti.
