Repair was for damage to condo causes by a leak from an upper unit. Repair was fine but Latitude promised to file a claim against the subcontractor for the damage done. Cost me $5000 for deductible which Latitude promised to refund. It has been over a year and no one will return any call. Very unreliable and disappointing.
