Over the years it has been very good experience. They come when they say they will come. They do good work, professionally and quickly. They are clean and never leave a mess.

First of all - AMAZING experience with Lasseter Plumbing. When we flushed our toilets, water was coming out of the shower. I initially called Roto Rooter (even though my gut told me not to) and they came and suggested they rip out the toilet to run a snake with a camera throughout the pipes under the house. That would cost $535 plus whatever the ACTUAL problem was once they ran their camera. I decided to not use their services and instead called Lasseter plumbing. I've lived in Miami for 6 years and have always found it hard to find a trustworthy and honest technician - whether a plumber, electrician, A/C company, etc... I called Lasseter and spoke to John about my problem who was super knowledgeable on the phone and I made an appointment for him to come the next day. He arrived on time and instead of removing my toilets, snaked through a pipe that comes out of most roofs. He fixed the clog and also checked all of our sinks/showers for any issues. While he did all this he gave us tips on how to fix plumbing issues on our own if we wanted to. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent quality service at an amazing price.

The only problem was when I talked to them on the phone and got a quote their billing rate seemed lower, I don't know who I talked to someone else. However, I ended up paying the rate they invoiced me. There was a little discrepancy between what I thought it was going to be and what it ended up being. Other than that he did a good job. He came right away, like the next day after I called him or the following day. He did a good job, he actually fixed another plumbers leak. Another plumber ahd tried to fix the main line and they actually caused it to leak, so he repaired that and replaced the main valve and I actually paid the other company to do that. So he was better than the other plumber I hired initially.

Exceedingly well. They hauled away the old one and installed the new machine that Home Depot couldn't install.

I called Lasseter Plumbing on Tuesday morning. Within a couple of hours, the owner, John Lasseter, came out and scoped out the job, took measurements as to what would fit, and recommended replacements. One of the commodes was not operating and he checked to see if there was anything that he could do as a temporary repair. Unfortunately, there was nothing that he could do. He said he was already booked for the next day, but would have the job done for me on Thursday morning. Shortly after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, I received a call to say the plumber was on his way. He (Lee) was on site by 9:30 and had the job completed before noon. He was a most pleasant individual and knowledgeable individual. He worked quickly and left everything in perfect shape. He chatting with him, I found out that he had over 20 years experience and the trade and it really showed. No question that they will be getting any future plumbing needs that we may have!

John did the job quickly and effectively, but since he was going to charge me for the entire hour, went under my house to make sure that there were no leaks or other issues. Also helped out with an issue I did not know I even had in my kitchen. John is a true professional, prompt, courteous and he knows his stuff. Would not call anybody else.

Efficient; personable; explained what doing, how to operate disposal; s trustworthy!!!!!!!; prompt arrival, call back & service; explained problem w/ shower & repaired enough so that I didn't have to replace part or mechanism immediately.

I Called Lasseter Plumbing because of toilet backing up. Visiting guests were heavy on the toilet paper, causing the back-up. I was pleased that Lasseter was able to send a plumber out immediately, understanding the situation of a house full of guests. The problem was not as simple as I had hoped, and since plunging did not work, the plumber had to go on top of roof to snake down the vent pipes. Bottom-line: the work was done and I am pleased. The plumber was very professional and competent. I would use them again.

Very well.  Lasseter was prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

Both jobs were done professionally.  Both the faucet and the drain pipe had obvious leaks that were causing mildew and some odor underneath the cabinets.  The new faucet took care of one leak, and with limited wall destruction, the plumber  found the drain pipe leak and replaced the pipe with new pipe.  No leaks have been detected from either repair since, nor have there been any traces of mildew odor.

Right on time, professional and great sense of humor.  Clean and efficient.  Price is right. A++

My guest room's toilet tank keep refilling itself fro two month. In beginning, the tank only refilled itself for 5 minutes. After a while, the tank stared refilling itself every two minutes. I called John on Thursday after 5 pm, I left a voice message in his voice mail. 
The next day 8:00 am, I already received a phone call from her sectary to schedule his visit. The schedule time was 12:30 pm. John arrived my house about the same time. He was very knowledgeable, and professional.He explained to me what was the problem, and showed me how to do it. All he did just change a small piece of washer, then the water stop refiling.

There were no problems. They were very professional. I would use them again.

We've used Lasseter twice. The first time was to repair our main water line. The pool company had mangled it when excavating and Lassiter had someone out there first thing the next morning and did a great job at a great price. The second time was to clear our pipe after something was dropped in the toilet that shouldn't have been. Again they came out first thing in the morning so I was able to get to work on time. Professional, courteous and prompt!

John Lasseter arrived on time, had all the tools and parts in his truck. Did a very neat job removing the filter system and the extra faucet, filled in the extra sink hole with a stainless plug,. He detected a slight leak in the sink drain and replaced the improperly installed trap. He cleaned up the work area and replaced the under sink and quot;stuffand quot;. I asked him to check the hall bath toilet which the flapper valve frequently didn't close properly. He replaced the flapper. Very professional job.

John is the owner of Lasseter Plumbing CO. He does excellent work. He is awesome and a very honest man. We have been using him for years. He replaced the faucets the last time he was here.

Three different pblumbing problems were fixed with expertise and know-how. When I thought that my kitchen sink was backing up because of the dishwasher, he quickly discerened that the outside drain was the problem, and fixed it.

Everything went perfectly from beginning to end.
