I am happy to report this job was beyond my expectations. After getting 3 other estimates which varied a good deal, I met Luis. Seeing he did home remodeling, painting both interior and exterior and numerous other home improvement jobs, I asked for an estimate. His estimate was a few hundred more dollars than the lowest. However, he presented himself in a very professional manner and I automatically felt he was reliable and would do a good job. He was there on time and ready to work. He was careful with all of my belongings, moved and covered everything with care. The popcorn was gone and the 3 rooms and hallways were covered with knockdown by the end of the day. After seeing the colors I had chosen for the living, dining and kitchen he mentioned he was an architect in his native country. He suggested a variation of what I had chosen along with accenting different walls. WOW, was his advice right and free! Luis is a hard worker, reliable and pays attention to detail. Outstanding job!
