I am posting this report to warn people not to use Jason with Tri-State Landscaping. (I did not find him on Angie's List.) This is not a legitimate business. The proprietor is very unprofessional and his business practices questionable. I hired him to seed and fertilize my lawn. He showed up without adequate materials and demanded payment without completing work that he was hired to do. He became threatening and hostile when I said the work had yet to be completed to my satisfaction. I gave him money just to get him to leave because I was fearful about having him on my property one minute longer. I've worked with many, many contractors found through Angie's List and word of mouth, etc and this was one of the worst experiences I've had. If you run across Jason and Tri-State Landscaping I'd encourage you to keep looking.
