It took 3 weeks of emails, phone calls and in-person inquiries to get
someone from LaPlaya to take action and start the process of repairs.
They are unprofessional and disrespectful. They did not respond to my
emails and would hang up on my phone calls. The repairs to the floor
were scheduled to be completed by 7/ 27 yet lo and behold they haven't
even started. I advise anyone renting a condo in the Miami area to avoid
renting from LaPlaya properties.
