They were on time and carried out the work in one day. We had several screens to replace. They did a very nice job. However, I had to call them back to reposition the gutter extension that they had to remove to properly install some of the screens. They had not reinstalled it properly. They came back the following day and reinstalled it properly. They apologized for the improper installation. They were professional. I would use them again and recommend them. The owner is very good. 

They were horrible. The screens they did good, but the roof was horrible. Every time it rains, it will leak and to get them out to fix it was horrible. It took forever. The manager helped somewhat, but not really. I think it is still leaking. We are not getting anywhere. They say they will come out and they don't come out. They say they will fix it and it is not fixed. The pricing seemed OK.

Prior to signing the contract, they came several times to my home on time for as-scheduled appoints to show me their materials.  They made sure I was satisfied about the hurricane safety as well as the color as my existing trim is Ivory, not white.  Their installer, Carlos, was on time and courteous.  He went the extra mile in having to do work on the back of my home through a thicket of bushes.  Sorry, Carlos.  My husband was concerned about bolts extending out from the frame on the patio door and asked that it be resolved.  Unfortunately, it did take about a month for this to be resolved as Carlos was out of town dealing with "family" issues.  He came yesterday to deliver a missing stopper and reversed the bolts as asked.  While it did take some time to get this handled, I am very happy with the work product and would recommend them in the future.

Prior to my signing the contract, they made several on-time and as-scheduled visits to my home to provide samples of their materials and photos.  The workers arrived early and left late working diligently to make sure I was satisfied with their work product.  This was a small but very detailed project which caused some tedious obstacles.  Their foreman, George, bent over backwards to solve my picky issues.  After the patio was completed, Ozzie even delivered an extra tube of the special caulk at my request.  Their work was divided into two contracts -- one for the patio and one for rolling shutters on all my doors and windows and was handled by different crews.  I would recommend their work without reservation.

We contracted the company to install a carport.  The building permit was issued 11/19/2012.  Granted the city building department to some extent held up some of the work the final inspection passed in March of 2013.  We still have a leak. I called several times
to have it sealed, a few months ago I spoke with Ossy the Manager and he stated he would be back once we had 3 days of no rain, he hasn't come back I have left messages and still haven't heard from him. I really wanted to work with him on this because he seem to be a nice fellow but I feel I shouldn't have to continue to chase him down to complete his work.  All I want is for the leaks to be fixed
and for us to enjoy our carport even in the rain.

Ozzie, the owner is a professional and courteous person. I signed an agreement with him in mid January my job wasn't finished until mid April. Timliness seems to be an issue. There is a breakdown in communication between him and his employees. We would agree on one thing and his employees would do another. E.g. he told me his employees would use some of the limestone rock dug out for the slab as filler for the slab.  Didn't happened.  We discussed not bolting the frame down until we decided where the door would go.  Didn't happen.  The cement company he used to pour the slab poured the excess cement along my house and coverd the base of two of my trees. One of the trees is now dying. He called the cement company to come out and remove the excess cement. There were several supporting bolts and nuts that were not tightened as pointed out by the inspector. After the first torrential rain we received this past week the roof leaked in several places.  We are waiting for him to come out to reseal. He said we had to wait three days with no rain for him to reseal.

The job went very well and as planned and as promised.

paid in full, The water leak wasn't fix yet and I had to hire roofing contractor to handle it, yet there are 2 more water leaks which I am waiting for the contractor to fix. So far the contractor had to come several time to fix several issues. I regret hiring this contractor for this job because I don't think he possessed the skills for job like this.

Update 6:/26/12:
Since KwikScreen was not responsive promptly we hired another company to fix the leak in the joint between the house and the patio, but the roof was still leaking from other spot, we remove the gutter and the leak stops. apprently Quickscreen did not install the gutter properly which diverted the water inside the patio. I hope KwikScreen will reimburse us for the additional sevices charges and refrain from doing roofing projects which they don't have any expirience.

I had Ossy screen in my patio.  He was punctual and very professional, and, when I chose him got the job done on time.  Now over two years later (12/5/2011) the screen enclosure with the door are still working great.  I highly recommend him

Ossy Molina and worker arrived timely on dates and time promised and performed the work in an expert and professional matter . His estimates were fair and he did not go over the amount of the estimates. I plan to use him in the future. I have recommended him to my neighbors and friends.

It all seemed to go smoothly and as we discussed. My spouse is very picky, but they were able to satisfy all the concerns. Dade County approved the completed project. We are very happy and would definitely recommend KwikScreen to anyone seeking to build a pool/patio enclosure. We were able to converse easily with Ossy in English, our language, which is not always possible with Miami contractors.
