After having new appliances sitting in boxes for 13 days and no one in the Miami up to the task of minor custom work, I found KNK. I called the office on 8/12 and spoke to Edie, hoping for at least a look-see in the next few days. Mr. Valdivia was able to come the next morning and showed up promptly at 9 a.m. for an estimate. We agreed to a deal, he called his crew at another site and went to work solo. There was some cutting through 3 layers including tile, cement, and wood as well as some surgery on the wood cabinet that cocooned the old oven.
By lunchtime, Mr. Valdivia was done and had cleaned up the mess on the floor. The work looks superb. Price was dear because of three hours of woodwork but as I said, he was done by lunchtime. My wife, son, and I are happy with the quality and would recommend KNK for any custom or new appliance installation.
