They sent out 2 people to clean.  The pros are they bring their own cleaning supplies, spoke English, gave tips on cleaning our hardwood floors and told us about some of the plants in the yard.  They were very nice and I would recommend again.  The only thing bad I can say is I wish they were a little more detailed.  I have never been a big fan of hiring someone to clean but I just didn't have time to do it.  I noticed there was still dirt/dust on some of the windowsiles but overall they cleaned ok.
