I contacted George from a friend's referral. He came by on a Monday, on short notice, and was not able to access the roof due to a miscommunication problem with the condo association person. After waiting approximately an hour he left with promises to return on Wednesday. As promised he showed up at the appointed time and had to wait patiently another hour for the contact person to give him access to the roof. He completed his job within two hours, notwithstanding a slight injury to his head as he approached the roof. He replaced the motor and capacitor on the a/c and charged me a reasonable rate. I inquired about getting a new a/c unit and he told me it did not need replacing for approximately two years. I appreciate his honesty and his willingness to complete the job in spite of having to return to do the job. He was respectful and patient and was here when I needed him.

They did a complete check out of the system. They were always very reasonable and very punctual.

I was left with the impression that they were willing to take the job and would call to let me know if the price of the part was okay with me or not. But they never called back. I left a message on their voicemail and still no call. At least they should have called to say they changed their minds instead of leaving me hanging.

Most recently I contacted the company last year before the hurricane and advised I would be interested in changing out the inside handler to a more energy efficient unit. The rep stopped by and we scheduled the work, but the hurricane came and there was no contact from the company. I made 2 attempts to contact them and no callback was received. I decided to defer the project till a later date. Moving forward to 2006, I contacted the company again and requested if someone could stop by and give me an estimate for a new inside handler unit. My call was returned the next day. We agreed that the rep would come by the following day during the afternoon hours..... I'm still waiting, it's been 2 months. I'm putting this out there so other consumers might see that all companies do not provide the same quality service 100% of the time. My 1st-2nd experience with the company was good. However, the customer service provided on my recent attempts to contact and hire have been very poor.

I've used them numerous times before. These people are incredibly competent, punctual, courteous and honest.

THEY SERVICE OUR AIR CONDITIONER ONCE A YEAR. IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO IT BETWEEN THE SERVICES, THEY HAVE SOMEONE REPAIR IT. THE ONLY THING WE HAVE TO PAY FOR BESIDES THE YEARLY FEE IS THE PARTS.
