They are wonderful. They are very fair minded, and professional. They seem to be pretty consistent with everything. There are a lot of people I know who are dealing with them. They had to come back because I had an issue with the air, and they came back and did it with no charge. Everything was fine. I really like dealing with them. You feel comfortable, and they are good people to deal with. They are not the cheapest, but they have amazing work. You can depend on them, which is really important.

They are very reliable. I have had them for years. They do maintenance on my air conditioner. They do repairs, install new units and all services that go with air conditioning. I am on a maintenance contract. I have forgotten how much it is, you pay it once a year. They come out and inspect and take care of it. I don't recall how much it is per year. I have used them for years. They are good value. The work they did was dependable and professional. For general repair services and everything that goes with it, they are very competent.

Kendale Air replaced my indoor/outdoor AC unit. They were very professional, punctual, and answered all my questions thoroughly before, during, and after the units were installed. I was shocked when the 2-year old AC unit in my newly purchased home stopped cooling over the Labor Day weekend. Unlike other companies who advised that they could come out for 2x's the price of a regular service call (plus, in at least one case, a 50% upcharge for any services performed), Kendale Air (thanks Jay) came to my house on Labor Day for their regular business hours rate. They were extremely professional, explained everything they were doing as they worked to diagnose the problem, and attempted several different fixes to correct the issue. Unfortunately, my 2-year-old AC needed a new compressor and coil due in part to an improper installation (Delta-Temp). They took care of replacing needed parts under warranty and arrived right on time that same day to take care of the repairs. Repairs were performed within about 3 hours by two technicians (Freddie was great, courteous, informative, and respectful of my property), and my AC was soon running 10x's better than before.

Their bid was 17% higher than the one I used and it did not include any specificity as to what exactly they were going to install – brand-name, BTU size etc. Additionally, they offered a two-year warranty on parts and five years on compressor, where the one I selected had a five-year warranty on both. They charged me eighty nine dollars for a service call.

Everything went very well. "D" arrived 45 minutes earlier than expected and finished the job within an hour.

I am impressed.
I called Kendale Air in the beginning of August to get a quote to replace my 10 seer 2.5 ton air conditioning system with a 16 seer system. I left a message because I called after hours, but Pepe called back immediately. We scheduled for an inspection/quote a couple days later. He showed up when he said he would that day, and quoted me all work for 3635 and we set up an appointment for 8/21/14 because the air handler was back-ordered.
I called a few days before the install and they had still not received the air handler, so we pushed the install to 8/28 at 9am.
8/28 at 8:55am, they were knocking on my door and ready for work. They prepped everything and got right to it. They removed all of the old equipment and took it away from the house and installed the blower. Prior to installing the air handler, they hooked a huge HEPA vacuum up to the main duct and cleaned everything out with compressed air. Then they got the air handler installed, hooked it up, and put in the Guardian Air unit. They then cleaned up nicely and left no trace of their installation.
Final price? 3635. I know, shocking right? It's not very often that the quote meets the price paid. In addition, they gave me a 1 year warranty on labor and there's also a 10 year mfr warranty.
The new AC is working great compared to my old 2002 unit which was icing up due to a freon leak. I can't wait to see how much my power bills will be, but I'll guess they'll probably be halved or somewhere close to it.
These guys are highly recommended.
