KAPZ FIRST INC

KAPZ was very eager to get the job. The owner, Pablo was very cordial and eager to get get us signed up with his firm. We were quite please by his easy going nature. The price was Ok. We received one lower bid and one higher. Unfortunately, once the job began responsiveness plumetted. This contractor was caught twice lying to me about worker's being at the apartment working, but in actuality they were not. The job was supposed to be 45 days and it took 100 days. Some of the electrical and tiling work was faulty and I was forced to secure the services of another Contractor to come in and make repairs. The electrical work was so poor that the new Contractor commented that they were surprised that a fire didn't start. KAPZ will be eager to please you when you are deciding on a Contractor, but once a contract is signed they become difficult to get a hold of. Overall I would call this a major bait and switch operation. The operation will appear very nice, but responsiveness and punctuality was horrendous....unless the job had gotten to a point where payment is necessary........then they call you 3 times / day to find out where the payment is. Overall I would stay away.
