JW Landscaping, and especially Jeff and Kathy, were superb.  JW Landscaping eagerly worked with me to schedule a free quote.  Although I am no longer physically local, Jeff and Kathy were extremely accommodating and supported me over phone and e-mail including Jeff walking through the space, project description and quote with me via phone.  All communications with the company were exceptionally professional and conducted very conveniently via phone, text, and e-mail.  I felt very comfortable with the company and the tenant provided them unsupervised access to complete the work.  Upon return to the house, my tenant rapidly sent me a text message and pictures stating, "The back yard looks great!"  From the few pictures I saw, I agreed.  I look forward to the professional photos forthcoming and the continued relationship with the company.  I expect the company to return to maintain the outdoor living space every three weeks.  I believe the investment is worth it and will improve the chances of obtaining max value for the sale of the home.

When first contacted the ownerrs were both out of town but responded immediately and were very helpful, courteous and able to help. Theyard had not been moswed for several weeks so the first time was difficult but they are there every two weeks like clockwork. I will continue to use them until the grass doesn't grow.

Because there isn't much grass left to cut after the lawn got torn up due to septic tank replacement, JW Landscaping found other trimming to do in the yard of the house we just bought. While doing extra palm tree trimming, they noticed three wet places on the roof of our new house, so they took photographs of the roof and emailed those to me the same day. When our painter needed some hedges trimmed away from the house so he could paint, JW came right away to trim before the painter started. They return calls promptly and respond promptly to emails. Excellent experience! We contacted the company and Rick came over to give us an estimate for the initial landscaping work. We were very impressed. He is very knowledgeable and he will make sure everything is exactly as you wanted it. He is very responsive to emails and calls, and he always has great suggestions. He takes the time to get every single detail of what you need. He also helped us find a sprinkler repair company and a tall-tree trimming company when we needed them. Very dependable! The crew is very hard working and polite, they clean after themselves, and they put a lot of care into their work. We were so delighted with the work they did initially on our landscaping that we decided to hire them for regular lawn maintenance, even though they were a bit pricier than the other estimates we got. It is well worth the price (thus I gave them an A in price -you really get what you pay for in this case). We are absolutely delighted and will continue to use them and recommend them to friends.

I called to set up an appt for an estimate. Rick from JW called us back within the same day. He was very accomodating and generous with his time....he came once to speak with me and then another time to go through everything again with my husband. He was very knowledgable and did a great job explaining what his plan was for our landscaping. After the initial meeting he sent us design sketches along with photos of the plants he was proposing we use. Rick answered all of my questions and worked with me to perfect the design. During this process there were numerous emails, calls and more example photos being sent by Rick. He was really patient and wanted to please us. The crew was very polite and cleaned up after their work. Rick organized the right amount of workers so that the project could be completed within our time frame. It took about 3/4 of a day to make the stone path in the backyard and a couple of hours to landscape the front yard. Rick was there for 95% of the time. There was a slight (very slight) misunderstanding with the work in the backyard so I called Rick and explained the situation. He apolgized and sent a worker over immediately to fix the situation. They did more than fix the situation.....they made it even better!! There dedication and great work ethic really impressed me. Fantastic customer service. You can tell that they genuinely care about their clients. I would definitely use JW again. I was so happy with Rick and his team. We have gotten so many compliments on our yard! I wish we had more land to scape!!! :)

It was all fantastic. Rick is a gentleman, professional and very accomodating. The difference in the house is amazing. Rick was very prompt, called and confirmed times and appointments as many times as needed for a smooth and rewarding result. We WILL work with them again.

They were really good and I am getting ready to call them back. I spent around $1,000 for that work. I have worked with them many times and they have landscaped my front and backyard, pool and took out a huge tree. They were excellent, prompt and they went above and beyond the call of duty. They were not perfunctory in the way that they delivered their services. They had to take out a huge tree before the swimming pool could be put in. They took it out in a day and were here early and on time and when it started raining at the end of the day they were closed to being finished. They could have said that it was raining and they could come back the next day, but they stayed and finished it up. They cleaned up after themselves and had everything done and then they left. It was incredible. They have put in a variety of different plants and have worked with us without time constraints. They were very environmental friendly and they thought of what was native and were also good at giving us things that require very little up-keep. They really individualized it. In the winter I called them and told them that one of the palms did not look very healthy and I asked what I could do. They called back the next day and told me not to do anything and that it was just damage from the cold and that it was going to come back. They were right and now the palm is healthy and they did not charge me anything. I liked that they were in it for the people and the trees and not just the money. The prices were high, but worth it.

I would highly recommend them. They were very professional. Their estimate was very detailed. The owner was very responsive to e-mails. He was very quick to talk about a few things. They were on the pricier side, but it was worth it. Their quality is very good. I received six different estimates, but I picked them. I would surely use their services in the future too.

They came promptly when called to provide an estimate. During the initial visit they walked the yard with us and discussed options, taking into consideration the existing landscaping, the future function of the new planting (privacy), and how to balance these needs. The work was done very quickly. When we were away on vacation they sent someone by to make sure the new planting continued to receive enough water.

I spoke to Rick on a Thursday, and asked if they could come out before the weekend. He was able to bring his crew over that same day, and did a wonderful job. They had their work cut out for them--my husband said they were here for a few hours, and the yard waste took up nearly half our back yard before they hauled it away. When I came home the yard looked amazing. Rick also gave us some recommendations--I had requested that they fertilize our plants, but he advised us to wait until April or May. He told us what to do to get rid of the scale on our bougainvillea, and to stop the fizzle top on our palm. He was very professional and helpful.

I called on a Friday to establish contact. My call was returned promptly and a date and time was set up to meet. (I was out of the country at the time of my initial call.) Rick showed up at exactly 8 am on the appointed date and time. We discussed the space and what would and would not work. He gave me a very rough estimate. Over the next couple of days he emailed me photos, etc. The initial contact was a Thursday am. By Monday afternoon he had a design and an estimate. By then, I also had a better concept of what I wanted. He tweaked the design and estimate and by Tuesday he had the final product. The work was done on Friday and completed on Monday. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and did what they said they would in a timely manner. The owner of the company showed up on site. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very responsive, had good ideas and gave suggestions. They were also professional and punctual. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

The gentleman that came by to give me the estimate was very prompt and professional. He provided an estimate for laying out sod (which I plan to do next month) and an estimate for the amount of sod and gravel I would need. The work was then done promptly and done as requested. It was a small job, but I plan to call them again to do more work for me.

They were very helpful. They took their time with us. They were a little pricier than what I wanted to spend, but I got great service. They were very informative and helpful. They were always prompt to respond to our emails.

It looks great. THe did everything I asked. Its now a usable backyard. I can't wait for my first BBQ party
