Terrible experience. I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Jose Eduardo was very attentive and quoted me $4800. I paid him half and he presented me with a set of plans. I paid him the balance. I subsequently realized the plans were wrong, he had the kitchen and bedrooms in the wrong place and so I contacted him to do the revisions before anything was submitted. He never answered any of my calls and has never done the work. I am out the $4800, which was my fault for paying it in full. I am moving to report him to the Better Business Bureau.

Jose was very nice and professional before signing a contract. Promised to have it done in a month. I paid 50% after signing a contract. Time passed by. After one month I called him and he says that there is a delay with my windows due to the glass not being ready, it had to be back ordered, and asked to give him a month. After a 2nd month he said that there is still a delay, call in a month. After a 3rd month he said that some of the windows are ready but not all, asked to call in a week. After a week, he stoped picking up the phone, just put an auto reply that he will call back shortly, but he never called. Now it been over 4 month and he ignores my call inquires.

Very awesome and great. They have a good knowledge of the product they sell and provide a lot of options for products. Excellent customer service and excellent knowledge of about the county codes for the windows.
