He did a great job, very thorough and replaced springs in record time!
Very nice individual and really knew what he was doing.
Seems to be a great company when having conversations with the home office, very responsive

Had to replace a single panel of a garage door at a residence in a gated community that I didn’t even own any more. The juggling just to coordinate a quote was absurd, let alone coordinate AGAIN to get the actual panel installed. And since I by then lived 80 miles away, Joe’s Doors COULD have taken advantage of the situation and told me I may need another whole DOOR, as another vendor did from whom I requested a quote. In other words, I was over a barrel. Bottom line: Joe’s Door did a fabulous job, at 2/3 the next best price I was quoted, VERY smoothly, and even managed, although the door was 13 years old and the panel had to be special-ordered, to beat the schedule they quoted me by more than a week. Can’t recommend them highly enough. If they work as far away as I now live, I will ABSOLUTELY use them next time I need any garage door work, and I will recommend them to friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Very expensive at first $250.00 service fee.had to negotiate the cost of 2 tension springs, double priced at first ??? No paperwork , no business card . Unmarked pickup truck. Serviceman had no indenfication

Roy arrived early in the morning as promised. He diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener and found that the motor lost its ability to control the range. Recommended a new one. I went with Chamberlin belt drive quiet system.

Highly recommendable. Great communication and follow-through. I only have one issue. The tech used my panic button installation to wire the garage door activation pad. Now I have no emergency button should the need arise :(

The installer arrived promptly and after 2.5 hours had completed the job of repairing the overhead garage door. "Shy", the nickname of the installer, did an excellent and fast job. Very creative and professional. I would use Joe again in a heartbeat.
