Omar with Remigal really made sure to take care of us throughout the entire process. I am the Realtor that listed a property that was only a 2019 home and we expected no issues. However, on the buyers inspection report they noted potential water damage / intrusion near the front windows. Remigal / Omar were QUICK to come assess the property. They found that sprinklers in the front yard had been spraying into the windows and had caused water intrusion. They quickly prepared a quote for mitigation of the issue, set up dryers, etc and got to work. Unfortunately, with extra testing, it was found that we needed to have the area remediated vs just mitigated, since there were bacteria/ mold on the studs/ drywall. Omar and Remigal quickly offered an updated quote/ scope of work, and gave some discounts since some of the work had to be repeated. Omar was always available to answer questions, go over quotes line by line and explain, and he even sent us updates throughout the entire process with a full before and after report for the buyers. They had all of this done in a matter of a week and we were able to close ON TIME with a happy home buyer and with no extra stress for the seller. I would definitely use Remigal/ Omar again.
