JFW Restoration Services

I went to El Dorado furniture where we purchased the reclining sectional. They sent J.F.W. an e-mail on my behalf requesting service on April 1st. I was told they would be in contact with me. When I didn't hear from them by Wednesday April 3rd I called and left a message direct requesting to hear from them. That never happened. Still as of today Sunday April 7th have not heard from them. No way to run or build a business. To me, this company is not a reliable to do business with when they can't even return a simple service request within a reasonable time. El Dorado was very kind to me by also providing another company name that answered the call with a real person. Separate review to follow about this company. As far as I'm concerned J.F.W. Restoration Service gets a mark of minus 100. This poor performance is a reflection on El Dorado in even having them on a list, as their number 1 service provider.

After several calls, a tech came out and told my 85 year old mother that he needed to order a part. He said it would take 2 weeks to arrive and that he would be back. She paid him $50 for the service call and $230 for the part. 6 weeks later we have yet to hear back from them. We have called weekly and sent several emails NONE have been answered. They are aware that this chair is my mother's only way to be comfortable in her house (due to illness) but apparently they don't care. We feel we have been robbed.

They came to provide an estimate, asked for money to order parts and then disappeared for months, they don't answer the phone or return calls, when contacted by email they just make up excuses, and neither provided the service nor reimbursed the money, unfortunately an extremely unprofessional group
