Worse customer services, the plants that I bought there are dying it came with white fly, now I have it all around my house, which were clean of plagues. I called to report what happen, the lady on the phone was so rude, refused to put the manage on the phone, she lied to me and hang up the phone. WOW... Never to return there... Don't waste your money and time. Do not put your own plants at risk with their plagues.

"Hello we apologize that your plants got contaminated with white fly. Although your plants have white fly it does not necessarily mean you got it from the plants in our establishment. White fly can be transferred from other plants around your yard or even a neighboring yard. Our plants are inspected and sprayed monthly for any plagues, pests, and fungus. Any customer that comes to buy plants, is more than welcome to pick out the plants they want and it is highly recommended to check the plant before you buy it. We are sorry that the customer service you received was poor and we have addressed that issue with all of our employees."

Everything went smoothly. This is the third or fourth time I have done business with this provider. Each time I received excellent product and service. I installed the sod myself and so far it is healthy and looks good. However, some of the shady areas have been invaded by undesirable weeds and requires more maintenance than the grass more exposed to the sun.

6 pallets of sod were delivered within 36 hours of placing the order and there was not one piece of bad grass! All the sod was replaced within 3 hours and my yard looked like it had never been drug up. The price was hundreds of dollars less than my lawn service, and I recommend Jeny Sod Service highly. There were no don'ts!
