Description of Work: We had violations open with the city and JDP sketched and cleared the violations with the city as well as removing a dog kennel that was illegally installed.

Description of Work: New diamond-brite for pool and installed eurotile on pool deck. It went well for the most part. Edges around the pool deck outside the screened enclosure were not done.

Description of Work: Concrete and screen enclosure - beautiful and excellent work. Inside they repaired a wall full of mold, repaired a mold filled window casing, replaced a slider with a French door and closed in a window I didn't want. This was a treacherous experience plagied with delays, no shows and work really no better than I could have done. Not impressed at all. It appears you need to work directly with John in order to get things done and get good work.
