Mr. Cobb returned my initial call promptly, came out to give me an estimate, and started the job on time, working through the rain when that would not cause damage.
Torrential rains delayed completion of the job (the painting) for a day while the house dried, but I certainly cannot complain about that. All in all, a great job by a very pleasant gentleman and his company.
