These guys are phenomenal. I actually refer a lot of my colleagues to them. They are a first class company. They know exactly what their doing and how to do it. They have you in and out generally before the day is out. They always call you and discuss the work before they do it. I sent my wife over and I told her to tell them it needed brake pads but they called and said no you don't need that. They are very honest. They are my go to place for Japanese automotive.

They're very good and they're closer to me. The reason why I highly recommend them is that they're close to the person. For me, it's close. When I took my car, they're supposed to adjust the lights for the number of miles. It hadn't been reset. He did a few things but he said it didn't need the whole maintenance. He's also very honest. A few people had recommended him. I got him through word of mouth. He is very good and he is very fair.

Horn works,but I'm not able to lock the steering wheel as before.

Giovanni and his team at Japanese Auto Tech are excellent. The company was recommended by two people where I work. I have gone here now to get my car serviced and taken care of for approximately 2 years. I do call and make an appointment beforehand and Giovanni is always on time and the service takes pretty much only the amount of time he tells me before I come in. When checking my car, he also lets me know if something will need repairing in the future. He did the brake work on my car and was very reasonable. Giovanni also advises if he cannot do something. I have always found him to be honest, reasonable costs, and punctional. I would highly recommend Giovanni and his team.

It went fine. I am keeping their name in mind for some future auto work where I would be concerned with the mechanic. We discussed windshield wipers and my options. The price was good. He was very friendly.

They are honest and very good. They have always treated me well there. They try to accommodate me as best as they can. Once, I didn’t have sufficient money. They went out of their way to find a cheaper part for me from the dealer in place of the normal one that they would get. It wasn’t a junk part, but it was a good part. They do quality work, and I have gone back to them only once for something in 4-5 years. When they do something, I have normally trusted that it is going to be done well by them. I don’t even have a Japanese made car, but a Hyundai Sonota car. However, they still work on it. Their price is a little more, but they are worth the price because of their good work.

they were wonderful, my car works great now, it starts everytime, he told us of other things that need to be addressed soonm, but did not push too hard; they also did the work very fast. I find their labor charges to be so much better than others that I have tried and that is what usually makes it hard for people to swallow having to repair their cars. They were very professional.

He evaluated the car, told me what was needed and completed the job as soon as he could under the circumstances. It went very well and I was satisfied with the atmosphere, professionalism and service.

We waited patiently in the lobby until the routine check up was completed. The tech discovered that nothing was wrong and he waived the flat fee for check ups. We were pleasantly surprised and appreciated his honesty.

The fuel tank on my RAVI was punctured on the freeway on a Friday evening and as the fuel spilled out I called around to dealerships and repair shops. Japanese Auto Tech offered to have the car in and immediately looked at it. They gave me the best quote (more than $200 less than the next best quote) and were very honest. They ordered the part that night and arranged for a car rental at a great discount. My car was ready by Tuesday. Very good work.

They are a competent, honest, and reliable company. We have been using them for at least the past 4 years. They are reasonably priced.
