They use subcontractors. so every time you get someone different. The floor quality was good, the finishings were done poorly. Very unhappy with the job. will NOT use them ever again.

They were excellent.

Overall it went very well. They came to the house for us to explain what we wanted done and they sent us an estimate over email. We decided to go for it. They came everyday from 9-5pm including saturday but not sunday, until the work was finished. The two guys who came to work at the house were very professional, polite and experienced. The work was done to my complete satisfaction I really like how it all looks. I have no complaints whatsoever about the company and I would recommend to anyone and I would definitely use them again.

THEY CAME ON TIME, THEY FINISHED A HEAD OF TIME, THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB. TONY WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

The crew (George and Paolo) were very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. The company was responsive and performed the service in a very quick time frame. The floors look great and the place was spotless upon there finish. Highly recommend!

The entire job seemed to go smoothly, except preparing the concrete subfloor after the tile had been removed created more dust than anticipated and ideally a better dust barrier between the work area and the rest of the house should have been installed. The installers were always on time, and even though the tile removal took longer than I think they anticipated, they stayed on the job until it was complete, even working all day on Saturday so the job could be finished as soon as possible. It took a total of five working days, which I think is impressive considering the amount of work it took to remove the existing tile. They also had a lot of furniture they had to shift around. Personally, I think all the hard work was worth it - the floors look great.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEM, THEY WORKED VERY FAST AND WERE VERY THOROUGH. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE REALLY COURTEOUS. THEY WORKED HARD AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN TWO JUST DAYS.

WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE FLOORS. WE STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEM ABOUT 3 WEEKS AFTER INSTALLATION. THEY ARE CHARGING US TO COME OUT AND REPAIR A PROBLEM THAT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE IT CORRECT THE FIRST TIME.
