Description of Work: I needed my existing pond to be rejuvenated. I called Alan and he made an appointment to give me an estimate. He did come to my home on time. He promised me an estimate within 2 days and he did give me the estimate. I agreed to the estimate.

+ 1 moreAllan is very knowledgeable about koi and ponds and his team did an amazing job! They came in and drained the pond. They took all the fish out into a container with air pump. They pressure washed all the rocks. They removed the weeds growing out around the pond. When they left, I can actually see the bottom gravel for the first time. The fish looks happy again. i will definitely be calling them again.
Description of Work: Bought a house with a pond full of algae and fish were dying. I had 2 giant koi died and another 2 stopped eating. I have called 2 other pond specialist before where they try to sell me stuff I don't really need and end up paying and my pond looked the same. I called Allan from Ivy Ponds and gave me an option to fully drain and start over to really get the algae and muck out of the pond. The muck, algae, and the Florida heat was eating up all the oxygen in the pond for the Kois. Allan gave me a very reasonable price and so I went for that option.
