I have only good things to say about Tony and his crew. Tony was very profesional, knowledge, respectful and friendly. They were on time every day, they also did a really good job of cleaning debris from the old roof. Job was completed in a very reasonable time period. Various roofing companies attempted to repair leak to no avail. Istueta came in analyzed and gave two repair options, one more extensive than the other. We went with the more extensive. Bingo! No more leak. It's been about a year since repair. They were professional and worked quickly.

Istueta Roofing installed a new roof around 2003 with a ten year warranty.  About five years later there were major leaks.  We called the company and they came out and 'inspected' the roof and declared that the leaks leaks were coming from the windows or the walls or both BUT not the roof.  They sent a bill for the inspection (about $350, which was not paid as I was convinced the leaks were coming from the roof). 
We had both inspected, one window replaced in its entirety (under warranty - Andersen - quality company) and re-sealed and re-plastered the wall were the leaks wee coming from.  After all, the roofer had absolutely no doubt the leaks were not coming from the roof he installed so I had no choice but to go through every other possibility.  None of this though fixed the leaks.
Out of sheer frustration and no response from Istueta Roofing we hired another roofing company to come out and within an hour identified the source of the leaks.  Leaks were coming from faulty installation of flashing against the wall laid over old flashing which should have been removed, which any roofer worth anything will tell you is not the way it should be done and is but a cheap shortcut resulting in shoddy workmanship.  This repair has been documented with pictures and by both the roofer and a general contractor licensed in the State of Florida.
Istueta hung his excuses on demanding to see proof (bills, detailed descriptions, etc) of the work we had done in a lame attempt to void his worthless warranty (replacing a window and re plastering the exterior wall that did not solve the leaks?) and that his $350 bill had not been paid (but never a word about what his worthless warranty was costing me).
After about $3,000 or thereabouts in repairs the roof was finally sealed.  This all occurred several months before the expiration of the warranty.  I communicated with the company and they stated that they would do nothing about it (short sighted on their part).
The net result is that an Istueta warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on, their workmanship below par and their customer service is an exercise in avoiding any remedial work for shoddy workmanship.
It will be interesting to see what creative excuse he comes up with to refute this complaint. There are too many other competent roofers in Miami to waste time with a company like this.

They do the work and seem to be very professional. They have always done a great job. Scheduling has always been good and they have been able to get me an appointment within a few days. They showed up on time and are a reliable company.

They gave us different options including metal roofing. He was good and very detailed. The presentation was a bit long but he put a lot of time into it.

They were so great. We had major issues with our roof and they were so great from start to finish. They kept us informed during the entire process from estimate to final inspection. I would recommend them to anyone and I would with out question use them again.

From the beginning to the end the project went very well. Excellent sales team, came many times to our house to show us titles and discuss the process. Roofers were very clean and hard working. The project was done on time. We are very happy with the end result.

They are not cheap, but I prefer having someone come around and fix the problem right the first time. They are more thorough than others. They are very accommodating and diagnose the problem more completely. They don t come around quickly but the job is great.

Istueta recommended by a property inspector I know. They used good materials, but did not work consecutive days to finish the work. They are good in person, but sometimes hard to reach on the phone.

There were leaks after the re-roofing. I called them in... they responded promptly.

I NOTICED THAT THEY WERE CHECKING ALL OF THE LUMBER BEFORE THEY USED IT. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB & I WOULD NEVER HIRE ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM. THEY ARE AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

I'M NOT HAPPY, AFTER THEY TOOK OFF THE OLD PART IN ONE AREA IT STARTED RAINING, THE WORKERS STAYED, BUT DIDN'T COVER THE OPEN AREA. THEY STARTED AGAIN WHEN THE RAIN STOPPED, BUT THE RAIN FLOODED PART OF THE HOUSE AND RUINED SOME THINGS.
