We interviewed five roofing companies for our roof replacement. We selected Isaacs because the price was reasonable, the job was clearly explained to us, and very importantly we were impressed with Stan who came to the house to estimate the job. Additionally, Stan would also be the project manager. The job proceeded exactly as described. Stan was always available for updates, he came by often to check on progress and he always had time to talk to us. The crew did a great job keeping the work sight clean. They finished on time and we are so pleased with how the roof looks. We highly recommend Isaacs Roofing and Stan.

Two years ago I obtained recommendations from Angie's List and local review panels to receive quotes from three highly rated roofing companies in Miami. I did not move forward at that time, but this summer my roof finally said "Enough, replace me" ! I asked the companies to update their quotes. Two of the companies had increased their prices by a very large amount, telling me material costs had gone up dramatically. Isaacs Roofing had a modest increase which I did not feel was out of line. Isaacs Roofing gave me the best price for our new roof. Isaac came out and helped me pick the style and color of the clay tiles, taking the time to walk around my neighborhood and explaining the differences between neighbors' roofs and guiding me in obtaining the look we wanted for our roof. His office was very impressive with their detailed documentation and the clarity of their contract. Each step was carefully spelled out to me. They immediately sent us the Certificate of Insurance and licensing proof that I asked for. A note of caution to owners looking for work done at their homes....check your home insurance policy. Most require you to only use licensed and insured companies. From reviews that I had read, many mentioned their good experience with their foreman, Stan. I was delighted to find that Stan would be the foreman for our job. What a delight ! Stan walked me through the time frame for our project and confirmed the steps that would be taken to protect our property. His men were diligent in picking up nails at the end of each day, especially important to me because of our two dogs. Our job site was always neat. The crew itself was very friendly and helpful. As the job progressed Stan was always responsive to my many calls with questions....I admit I am anal ! He literally held my hand through the entire process and was amazingly patient, even when I called on the weekends with some random question. We have a very large, complicated roof line and Stan gave me an education on the proper way to re-roof a home to meet or exceed the building codes. He pointed out shortcuts that other roofers may take but why they would use the proper method to increase the strength of our roof. Every inspection was passed on the first call. Our job was completed on time...only delays were solely caused by weather. The only snafu occurred when an independent trucking company delivering the clay tiles damaged a low brick retaining wall around a giant Royal Palm tree in the center of our driveway. The driver immediately took responsibility and called Isaacs Roofing before I had a chance to report it. Stan took care of it and found an experienced guy that repaired and rebuilt the wall...it actually looks better now than it did before it was damaged. I can completely recommend Isaacs Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. We are very satisfied with their work ethic and their commitment to their client. I felt they went "above and beyond", which is refreshing to anyone that has dealt with construction in Miami.

Just had our home's roof replaced and couldn't be happier. We worked with Jovanny Valdes, from the start of our project until completed. We had several estimates from different companies, but chose Issacs because of Jovanny. He is very easygoing, patient and respectful. He explained in detail everything from measuring the roof, permits required, etc. Throughout the project, he stayed in constant contact with us, letting us know what was going on from day to day. He was here inspecting the job progress numerous times as well as shuttling supplies to keep the job on schedule. All the Issacs staff, from the office to the roofers, were excellent. We would recommend Issacs Roofing without reservations.

They do good work. I've used them several times in the past 5 years. What impressed me most was the fact that after they replaced wood on the overhang, they also painted the wood, which I've never seen a roofer do before. They were very thorough and tidy and I am very pleased with them.

Working with contractors in S. Florida is a headache and a job of its own! However, working with Isaac’s roofing on a project like replacing an entire roof was an extremely pleasant and professional process from start to finish. More importantly, they showed up when they said they would and finished in the time frame they initially gave at a reasonable price for the quality of products and materials they use. Ultimately, they went over and above our expectations! The company has been around since 1993 under the same individual owner and tenured management team which gave us a lot of comfort, especially because they guarantee their work. Our house is a 2,300 SF single story home built in 1948 (with updates). They were super patient in helping us find what we wanted which was of a more modern/contemporary style to update the look of our house. We ultimately sent them a picture of what we were looking for which was outfitted on a 2-story newly built house with an amazing roof (which ironically they did the roofing job for). However, they suggested looking at a finished product with a similar structure and size of our house to make sure we liked it, which we did. Once the job commenced the workers were professional and worked efficiently. One day the owner of the company, Isaac, was in the area when the city was inspecting our roof. The owner (who was wearing business casual clothing and dress shoes) climbed the ladder to go on the roof with the inspector to make sure everything was alright. That’s unheard of in Miami!!! The latter meant a lot because it was 95 degrees outside-but it meant more because it showed the owner cared about the quality of his product. Nonetheless, after the job was complete the workers cleaned up after themselves and Stan who’s in charge of the housing division followed-up to make sure we were happy with everything, which we were. One more added bonus…they are Ygrene Certified and approved which was an added bonus so we wouldn’t have to come out of pocket to pay for the whole job at once. And if we sell our house, the remaining cost would be transferred to the new owner. In summary, we LOVE OUR ROOF and are leak/monsoon free! Loved working with these guys and would highly recommend Isaac’s Roofing! We have recommended this company to several our friends and colleagues who all had consistent experiences.

I have used Isaacs in the past for my roofing needs. I was very happy with them when a previous evaluator was with them. They gave me excellent ideas and service was the same. The recent one who evaluated my roof after the hurricane in the Fall of 2017 made an assessment but never forwarded the estimate. Due to very 3 very large Banyan's (city's trees) over my home that were due to be trimmed, I waited for a few months before I followed thru with calling again giving the city time to trim the trees back from my home. When I attempted to contact them after several months, I have heard many excuses as to why can't schedule or when they do schedule they don't show. 3 to 4 appointments have been scheduled with then calls telling me that the evaluator will not be able to show. This has been for the last 3 to 4 weeks. I'm sure they are busy with entire roofing jobs whereas mine is a repair. Since they didn't deliver the estimate and I am a previous customer, I feel I should get some priority. It has been their failure to follow thru all along. Maybe the ownership of the company has changed? I'm not sure but this has been unacceptable at the very least with promises that are never followed thru. A lot of conversation about nothing. I have waisted my time and will now move on to another company that is able to do what they say. The person who continually answers the phone can't even locate my previous customer records. Reportedly, the aren't even stored on the computer. Extremely poor service for an existing customer. "It isn't about what you say but it is very much about what you do"

Went very well. Ryan let me know he was running a little late. Came by, went on the roof, asked questions, wrote up a quote, and answered all of my questions and covered the different roofing options. I needed to get a couple of other quotes for my piece of mind. I ended up going with a different roofing company because .... a little longer warranty and a friend had used the company several times and was very pleased. Otherwise I would have probably went with Isaac's Roofing and their price was reasonable. Will definitely keep in mind for the future and refer.

Excellent communication. Workers were all very thorough and knowledgeable. The manager of the job, Stan, was great to look with. They followed up on everything and every promise made was kept.

The work was done very well. Very happy with the quality and professionalism carried out. The workers were very efficient and knowledgeable of the work performed. The roof was completed in a very timely manner. Working with Stan was a pleasure.

Did a superior job on the roofing. They did it in four days, and cleaned everything up and I couldn't be happier with them. The roof was 25 years old and needed replaced.

I've had problems with a leaky residential flat roof for 6 years. I even replaced it (utilizing an architect and GC to re-engineer it) at great expense and it STILL leaked. Several different roofers were unable to solve the problem. Isaacs roofing immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it; it hasn't leaked since (about a year now). Job came in under the estimated cost. Very professional; I would very highly recommend.

We obtained several quotes for our reroof project which were all roughly similar. Jorge provided the estimate to us and was very professional and well spoken, which coupled with several personal recommendations, made us decide to go with Isaacs. Once the project started, Jorge kept us well informed throughout and was always responsive to our questions and concerns. Even when issues came up (which they will on a project of this size), Jorge explained things clearly and talked us through everything. He made sure the crews were on time, were professional and cleaned up every evening which made the experience so much easier for us. This sort of customer service is not easily found anymore so we were really happy to have Jorge managing this major project for us. We are very pleased with our new roof and have already recommended Jorge and Isaacs Roofing to others.

We lined up several companies to obtain estimates. From our initial appointment with Stan to the final inspection we were consistently pleased with the level of communication and work ethic shown by Stan, the roofing professionals and the office staff. We have recommended Isaacs Roofing and Stan several times since our roof was completed. We will continue to do so in the future. We would definitely reach out to Isaacs with any future needs we have.

I had used Isaacs Roofing back in 2013 for another repair and was very satisfied. When I got a leak in Nov 2015, I called them again and received the same quality and timely service. After seeing the leak over the weekend I called them up and they showed up the next day. The manager diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable price. The workers showed on time, and replaced rotten wood, old tiles, and membranes. I was able to go on the roof and inspect the damage and repair work. The work was completed in a timely manner and didn't suffer from the following unusual heavy November rains.

I am the President of our condominium association, and two of our owners were having leaks. I called Isaacs Roofing during the heavy rainy days we had in September, and Jorge called me back that same day and came out to look at the job that same day. We were incredibly impressed with Jorge's promptness. We were put on the schedule immediately and the work was done on a Saturday to stop the 2 leaks. Jorge pointed out that our drains had been installed improperly on the flat part of the roof, and we hired Isaacs Roofing to change all of the drains and put coating on the roof around the flashing. This work was done within 2 weeks of the initial repair. We intend to hire Isaacs Roofing to inspect and repair all of the roofs in our small 10 unit complex.

I have used Isaacs in the past and was very satisfied with that experience. I contacted them about obtaining an estimate for several repairs and reroofing of garage and Florida room roofs. I met with Ryan and he inspected the roof areas in question: chimney, front porch, the NE corner of the pitched roof, garage and Florida room. I requested that the reroof of the Florida room include insulation. Ryan furnished the estimate and I signed the contract without getting estimates from other companies, which speaks of my confidence in Isaacs. The work was done on the repairs immediately, however, because of constant rain in the area, the reroof was delayed. I am very happy with the work that was done. The company was very professional, punctual, courteous, and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up the areas impacted by the work. I will definitely use them again.

I was not familiar with Isaacs before getting bids for a new roof. I had several companies bid for the work, but was completely impressed with Isaacs from the beginning. Jorge Maldinado came to our house to provide a written estimate on behalf of Isaacs. He was very professional and well spoken. I immediately trusted Jorge and he has proven that he is a man of integrity throughout this process. Jorge was able to come by after hours to make it more convenient for us and he turned around the estimate in a timely manner. I eventually met the owner (Isaac Del Sol) and was equally impressed with his level of professionalism. Jorge ended up being the overall project manager for our house. He kept me informed throughout the process. He and his team did a phenomenal job. What I think is the most significant differentiator for these guys is what happened when issues came up. If you have ever done any renovation to your property, you know that every project will have an issue at some point. Our project was not an exception. For example, we got a huge unexpected rainstorm in the middle of the night after the crew had put down the first layer of 30 lb felt. As the rain came, I noticed that we had a small leak in our enclosed porch area. I had to place a bucket and towels in the room to catch the drips. It was approximately midnight or 1am and I decided to text Jorge to let him know of the leak...expecting him to see it first thing in the morning. He immediately responded to the text and was at our house at the break of dawn with a crew to ensure the house was water tight. Later that week, we noticed a couple of other spots on ceilings where the water had leaked in. They sent out a crew to paint our ceilings without hesitation. We also had our yard damaged by driving a heavy trailer on it without plywood, damaged stepping stones from the same trailer and a torn awning from roof debris. Jorge sent a crew to smooth out the ruts by digging up the grass, putting down soil and re-sodding the areas. He bought 3 new stepping stones to replace those that were damaged and completely replaced the damaged awning fabric. These may seem like small things, but they were important to us. Finally, we had to wait a couple of weeks for the tile guy. They evidently have one guy that is skilled at putting on barrel tile roofs. While I would have hoped for a quicker turn around, Jorge kept me informed the whole time. I feel like their customer service is WAY beyond what you see in the construction industry - especially in South Florida. You can really count on these guys to deliver quality and to do the right thing. Having experienced flaky contractors in the Miami area, my faith was restored by Isaacs. There are still companies out there that you can trust. Isaacs is one of them. I couldn't be happier with the results. Our roof is beautiful and our overall experience was extremely positive.

They are EXCELLENT. We have three roofs - two flat roofs and one metal roof. I had used them in the past on our larger flat roof and was very impressed with their professionalism and work. To the point that they are the only roofing company that I recommend. So when it came time to repair our other flat roof and to pressure clean our metal roof, I called Isaac Roofing. They came out within 24 hours to look at the roofs and to give me a quote. Within a week, they were here doing the job. The supervisor in charge, George Maldinado was superb. He checked the work, took pictures to show me areas where they had repaired and re-caulked. He gave me his cell phone number to call if I have any problems. I HIGHLY recommend them. You won't be disappointed! In fact, I have already give their name to several of my neighbors. I love working with professionals!!

Really great company to work with. Price was in line with other quotes, we used Isaacs because we had a good feeling about them. Paid off because we were most impressed with them staying on top of the job. They worked even when rain was forecasted and unless they actually had rain or saw a thunderstorm they stayed working.
