It is a full project and we are mid way through, but the service has been excellent.

very well. they are excesively expensive but they are very good> Scott is supper savvy. But they charge at least 50% more than other techinicians... But they came prepared. They bring hardware that they sell if needed.

I had no problems with them. They were efficient, professional, and good. The guy who came out to do the installation was incompetent, so I had to get the head of the company to do it correctly. The rest of the people were good to deal with.

We were very happy with the service. The technicians were really good, professional, and friendly.

A sales person came to the house, took some measurements, talked to me about my goals, and then prepared an estimate. Several things in the equipment list were not satisfactory, and I arranged an appointment at Interseckt's offices, where a senior member of the company helped to refine the list of equipment. We didn't want a piece of furniture for the components, we wanted a wall mount. We read bad reviews of sound bars and wanted good quality, small footprint stereo speakers instead. We wanted to be able to continue to use a VHS player. All this was settled.
The deposit which I made (50%) was not credited to me by Interseckt's bookkeeping and I received a call from the salesperson asking when I would provide a deposit. Through the modern miracle of online banking I provided an image of the canceled check and things went forward with only two or three more calls. On a Thursday, I received an email from the salesperson asking what day of the following week to schedule the installation. I replied Tuesday, but when I had not heard back by late Monday morning, I called and was told that the first open date was later in the week. I complained that my email had been ignored, that I had set aside time on Tuesday, and that I would have been willing to choose another day if I had been informed earlier. Intersect rearranged their schedule and installed the home theater on Tuesday.
The installation is excellent, very polished, it runs smoothly, and looks and sounds great. I certainly recommend Intersect's services with the caveat that you should stay on top of them.

Carlos responded promptly and brought the equipment for a test. Once purchased he took care of all the installation and set-up. very professional

My first issue was taken care of on the phone. The gentleman on the phone and quot;listenedand quot; and provided an immediate

solution. The visit provided the remaining solutions and some recommendations to help protect my system. I was missing a cable and the technician ran out to his car and pulled one out; saving me a trip to the store. My computer was getting hot and he opened it up and reorganized the cables inside to improve air flow (this was not on my list). He installed a better video card and installed an NAS that will allow us to watch videos we save on it on our TV. No more issues with anything. My home network is working the way it should and with the recommendations I will feel more secure that the computers are safe. You get what you pay for.....I feel I got a bargain.

He did an excellent job. Everything now works effortlessly.

They are great. They are a really good company. We have used them before. We will absolutely use them again. There are so many scammers in this field and they are the only company that we've found in Miami that is not. They are above and beyond everybody else in Miami.

They were very professional and finished the job in a timely manner.

AWESOME! Rarely do you work with a company that is as eager to make sure that the customer gets what they want and is pleased with the results. It was such a pleasure dealing with Javier and Carlos from the first contact until the job was completed. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of audio/visual/computers and spent hours with me and my husband (neither of whom are very good at this stuff!) to make sure we were comfortable with how to use the equipment. Truly a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to using them again when we are ready to add on to our awesome new system!

The complete process was very efficient. Interseckt technicians spent only a few hours at the house and brought all the necessary materials to complete the job in one trip. We will surely hired them to work on our computer systems at the office.

A system engineer from Intersect met with us the first time to take a look a the room and find out our requirements. They presented a proposal a few days later which we approved. The equipment arrived about two weeks later. The complete installation was done in about two days. The technicians came back about a week later to fine-tune the system and address some questions we had. We have been enjoying the system for a while now without any problems. We are presently saving to hire them again to install a whole house automation system with touch panels, lighting control, and speakers in some rooms.
